Domain License
Licensed for a single website on a single server. Includes unlimited developer workstations for development and testing purposes. The production deployment is restricted to one domain and one server.
IP License
Licensed for all applications hosted on a single IP address. Includes unlimited developer workstations. Ideal when you run multiple sites or applications on one server.
Small Business License (10 Sites)
Licensed for up to 10 websites within your company. All sites must be owned and operated by the same organization. Additional sites can be added to the license as your business grows.
Developer License
Licensed for a single developer on one machine. Includes a royalty-free runtime license, allowing you to deploy applications built with CoreUpload without per-deployment fees.
Developer Team License
Licensed for up to 4 developers within the same organization. Includes royalty-free runtime licenses for all team members, enabling collaborative development and deployment.
Redistribution License
Grants the right to distribute CoreUpload as part of a single commercial application. The component must be integrated into your product and cannot be distributed as a standalone library.
Enterprise License
Licensed for unlimited servers and applications within a single organization. No restrictions on the number of domains, IPs, or developers. Ideal for large teams and enterprise-wide deployments.
Source Code License
Includes full C# and JavaScript source code for CoreUpload. Comes with Enterprise License and Redistribution License rights. Modify, extend, and customize the component to fit your exact requirements.

CoreUpload is copyrighted software owned by Richscripts Inc. All rights reserved. The software and its documentation are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this software, or any portion of it, may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall Richscripts Inc. be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
Technical Support
All license purchases include 90 days of free technical support from the date of purchase. Support is provided via email and our online support portal. After the initial 90-day period, support plans can be renewed separately. Support covers installation, configuration, and usage questions for the licensed product.
Controlling Law
This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
